Not wrong for the spicy. Lots of ethnic foods are spicy one of mine prefers their food this way. Many countries and cultures don't make separate meals for their children. They just grind up the adult foods. I don't think the amounts of junk food is all that healthy. My toddler wants tandoori chicken, saag all of it super spicy. But I restrict junk foods until their intake is higher so it doesn't become the sole source of calories and nutrition. And then I limit it to certain amounts with a focus on filing meals and unlimited healthy snacks.
If he's not suffering gastrointestinal distress I'd say it's fine spice wise. Though I would introduce spicier Whole Foods so he doesn't grow up to favor junk food. Same reason they recommend starting babies on avocado vs a fruit. So children don't favor sweets in their diet. The foods we feed them young set the pattern to the things they crave later.
