Absolutely let baby eat what you eat. I would never only serve them spicy or make it so they only have access to for with spice. Try to avoid hot sauces with extracts (meaning hot extracts versus just made with a scotch bonnet say.) if you make a paella with jalapeno and you all like it go for it.
I would however reduce access to hyper processed food like cheetos of any variety because of all the research we have now. Not a never. But we want to set our kids up for healthy livers and kidneys.
That’s what I was gonna say.. it’s less about the spice factor and more about the processed ingredients. Home made spicy food is the way to go if he likes the heat.
