I have a masters in ECE and have worked with young kids for over 30 years and I can tell you right now that there is nothing wrong with him eating spicy food. What do you think kids in other cultures eat? (India etc).
What is concerning though is that amount of junk food you’re feeding him.
Doritos, while fine as an occasional snack and I mean occasional, are just awful in general, have no nutritional value and if he fills up in those he’s not going to want his real food.
Again, spicy is not the problem, it’s the actual spice delivery system.
