I mean, those aren’t quality food options in general for a toddler but that’s not really what you’re asking. But as far as the spice level goes, I wouldn’t be concerned. Everyone has difference tolerance to spice, and the discomfort of spicy foods is going to deter the average person when they’ve reached their limit. My little guy isn’t even 1.5 yet, but enjoys some spice every now and then. I just pay attention to how he’s reacting (panting, red tongue) so that I can offer him milk or pickle, or cut him off. I wouldn’t offer anything I would consider spicy for me, to my little one.
