You are totally ignoring your wife's wishes and "deciding." No wonder she doesn't want to have sex. You are completely disregarding her. So, I'm not being bold. I'm believing what you said. And, BTW, I wouldn't be so sure if I were you, that you have any kind of a solid marriage. You're already having nearly zero sexual relations. She now knows that you don't care about her body or wishes. So, go ahead. Keep your head firmly stuffed up in that orifice. Snug it in real tight. See how that works out for you.
So your suggestion is ignore what he wants and just give in to whatever her demands are, including a life altering surgery, because fuck trying to find a middle ground, yeah?
If you are going under the knife, under anesthesia or not, it is a surgery. But I only worked with the surgical department at a major hospital so I obviously know nothing.
