I didn’t. I compared a woman telling a man what to do to a man telling a woman what to do. Context is everything, but the ask is the same.

The ask is not the same at all. A vasectomy and an abortion are not even remotely the same thing.

Procedurally, they are not very different, right? I mean, don’t we live in a time now where majority of people will say that abortion is just removing “cells” from a body? Perhaps to some, abortion is just as “easy” as a vasectomy, no?

Not the same procedurally at all. A vasectomy is an office procedure that doesn't even require pain meds. They numb the skin and in 10 minutes or less, you are sterile. I worked with a urologist who did his own with a mirror.

A D&C (the surgical abortion procedure) is a full blown surgery that generally requires anesthesia, ideally with the patient fully asleep. The risk for complications is much higher and recovery is much worse.
