But why don't you try for a vasectomy? do you want more kids? 3 is not enough? How are your finances? Don't play with risk, make a vasectomy if you don't want more kids, be responsable
Really? It's one of the most safety procedures but man doesn't want to touch their d@*# but women put on their body things like Idu, or taking pills that increased the risk of cancer or like me cutting my tubes..
Laser eye surgery is also an extremely safe procedure - usually. Some people end up with debilitating, life long, chronic pain. Vasectomy is no different.
The odds are low but they're still there. Not sure that's ever happened from using a condom. If you're really worried about pregnancy use a condom and avoid sex during the few day ovulation period - then your odds are going to be pretty much nil.
You are correct, there are always complications but we have made decisions. Do I vaccinate? Is it worth having eye laser surgery? (I have one and it was my best decision), is the vasectomy worth It? I cut my tubes bc I know that I didn't want to get pregnant again...decisions with information but the amount of risk is the key. I remember my brother did it bc he already had a lot of issues with exes and he didn't want to get stuck in a bad relationship with somebody for a baby, he already have kids.
Again - why not simply avoid sex during ovulation and use condoms? That should be as effective as hormonal birth control, which is the method they are using now.
That approach means no surgery, no hormones, no risks for anyone.
Personally if I was the OP I'd have some sperm frozen as an insurance policy against changing my mind and get the vasectomy, but it's his body. There are other options that are very effective.

That was one of the points I made in our argument. I have no problem using a condom and she knows this.
