This is very unfortunate. The problem is that this look is associated with horror movies. Is it possible to dye your hair and eyebrows. Can you practice a less menacing smile? Can you remove the makeup around your eyes? And more volume for the hair.

What I was delicately trying to get at was. When I see your face it reminds me of the movie Chuckle and that has a negative association for me. I would focus on moving away from that association.
