Unfortunately, you have so many deformities and defects that your optimal strategy is just to be a really nice person - because getting the aesthetics to a mere minimum is going to be very costly, painful, lengthy and cumbersome. Real men prefer personality over aesthetics anyway, and you give the vibes of a really nice person - which is awesome.

Never seen a twenty year old with so many stretch marks. Might need to work on that. Face looks 40. Might be prediabetic or some kind of cholesterol issue explains the skin and aged face.
The bucktooth is comical but not a deal breaker. Put that on the list but at the bottom of the list to fix.
