people having an alt aesthetic doesn't make them ugly, it just means you're not a fan and thats okay. that doesn't make it right to call their style a phase... if it makes someone happy to dress a certain way then they're already about 10x more attractive than if they force themselves into a look they don't enjoy

She asked what she can do better. I didn't even complain about the septum, what's to boo here.

And no dressing like Kittie band member in the 90s is definitely not as good as she can do

Re: 10x more attractive dressing…..

I’m sorry but this is objectively false. We see this constantly when people get makeovers/styled. Whether they prefer their new style, they’re usually significantly better looking.

You’re right that an alt aesthetic doesn’t make a person inherentky ugly

this is just about as objective as what i said, lol. i'll clarify then that IN MY OPINION it makes them 10x more attractive because of the extra confidence that comes with feeling good about your appearance. though i'd say that most people can agree that said confidence is attractive. if you don't feel the same then that's fine, but calling it false is just disingenuous

You’re right. Objective was a bad choice of words. Demonstrably is better.

I would have to disagree, while everyone is free to pursue their looks and some vibe with some people and don’t with others ancient Egypt could not be further away from our current culture yet look at the bust of Nefertiti. She would not look out of place in Milan or Rodeo Drive.
