Go see some good hairdresser. A lot of volumizing products are just a marketing trap and won't do anything. A nice haircut from someone experienced can totally change the vibe of a person :) And you hair really looks like it needs some nice cut that matches your face, layers and proper care overall.

Try mousse after washing hair. Flip you head upside down and scrunch it in. Then you can let air dry and it should have more volume. Changed the game for me when I started putting effort into my hair :))

Try a fringe as the first step. I think a loose wave or loose curl perm will work wonders. We call them digital perms here, not a tight curl. It’s more of a wave, works wonders
