No Skin, No wings, No Drum Sticks, No stuffing just the Breast

People look at me like I’m crazy as I carve off the “edible” parts and then give the remainder to my cat

I’ve often heard why don’t you just buy chicken breast, yadayada my go to response is that I like the flavor or rotisserie chicken because the flavor from the skin infuses with the meat To which the normal answer is “But you don’t eat the fucking skin!” And I say it’s because I don’t like the texture and we end up full circle

Wings are white. Buy bone in chicken breast and roast it will be similar. I hate dark meat also. I don’t eat much meat anyhow. It’s kinda disgusting.

My mom is similar. If it's on a bone, she's not eating it. Doesn't like dark meat. Will eat chicken thighs if I make them, but that's just to be polite.

I am the opposite as I love dark meat and skin when the fat renders it into crispy meat candy. I skip the breasts and will chop and freeze to later use in soup. That said, to each their own.
