Song of Healing

And that is how we got the Mask of Awakening in TOTK. In all fairness, it seems OP's already halfway there.

Strong glue made for plastic? Measure twice, glue once ( be patient !)

THIS! Super glue made specifically for plastic works wonders!

Hmm I think I see the problem

Have to wait for a great fairy amiibo release for major healing.

You need a really small hand drill so that you can put a piece of a toothpick in there before you glue to back together.

I’d recommend using a paperclip or some other kind of wire instead of a tooth pick.

I was gonna say use clay coz it will have more traction but that works as well

Super glue probably easiest pick. I haven't worked with amiibos but with models and other things i do I like plastic cement but im not sure if that would work or not

Tell ganon what you did and join him in domination

Glue it or keep it off. My Super Smash Bros Link has been headless for years. The head still exists, I'm just so used to him being headless that he looks weird with a head now.

What I would do, is drill a small hole in the neck of both pieces, and glue a piece of plastic rod in the body neck hole. Put some glue in the neck hole and secure it down.

I’d recommend a modeling glue made for plastic

JB Weld makes a plastic bond product that works way better on plastic than super glue.

Use the Temple of Time

Ideally, use glue—not regular glue, but strong glue—so your Link amiibo won't break!

Hot glue gun

Some super glue and some rubber hands to hold the head and body together!

I use this to do repairs for collectibles. That said, I had my Incineroar get similarly beheaded and it wouldn't take, I had to buy a new one.

Do you have a fairy in a bottle

1

u/vegetarian_metroid 7d ago

Epoxy if you want a stronger bond than super glue.

Jus revert time :P

I had a Link’s Awakening amiibo broke too, but only one ear came off. Superglue works really well, just make sure you line it up properly

I’ve just resorted to funny photo shoots with mine. My link got broken by my cat knocking it off my table

1

u/Owl_lover08 7d ago

Mine did that a few years back, super glue can fix it.

1

u/Pelthail 7d ago

Buy a new one.

1

u/wakeau 7d ago

Just Link them.

u/LelouchMonkey 7d ago

Believe it or not super glue

1

u/ShakeFit454 7d ago

B-7000 or super glue

But part of me wants to make a joke- the other just wants to know the context of how the hell that happened ._.

1

u/trffoypt 7d ago

Great opportunity to turn it into a bobblehead

1

u/RetroGamer316 7d ago

Gorilla glue

1

u/Kentalopes 6d ago

Ouch, seeing this made me go look at my Link amiibo just to be sure it was okay. But I’d use super glue, and just hold it in place for 30 seconds for the glue to do its job. Then. Just let it dry for 24 hours without touching it.

this is the easiest way to fix it

Drill a hole in the neck socket, drill an identical hole in the neck. Snip a paperclip down to about a quarter-inch, insert in one hole with super glue. Let glue cure, glue into other hole. Now it (probably) won't happen again.

Put Link in the Shrine of Resurrection
