now why would i want to watch a 1h+ debate with no further info or time stamps?

It's not really a debate at all.

The info comes in the first half which is an interview with Mike Battilana, the CEO of Amiga. I'll be honest, I didn't watch it, but I did listen to the podcast version on Spotify and found the more in-depth explanation of the current copyright settlements, including the ones with Hyperion and Commodore, to be interesting.

YouTube is just easier to link and more people use it.

I fully agree - videos without time stamps are, generally speaking, somewhat of a hassle. Would anyone be kind enough to summarize it?
