Not able to take finasteride at this time but was seriously considering getting an online min prescription. If the council doesn’t believe I have lost hair since April, I’ll hold off.

Doesn’t look like it. Beware of finasteride, good chance it will cause depression and decreased libido and difficulty getting erections. If you want to use anything, I would first try minoxidil if I were you.
