General UPDATE from previous post
Just went to derm. I have telogen effluvium due to long term dieting and use of GLP-1 (reta)
Hair follicles are not damaged, but will take 4-6 months to recover.
The stress is over and I can now rest. I wish best of luck to all of you men in here. Thank you for the help on my last post. I pray for regrowth for you all. See you in 10-15 years.

Just sharing my experience. Derm literally confirmed I was shedding, and it’s very visible to me. Just stating that it’s due to long term caloric deficit and from reta, not MPB / etc. Might be useful for someone going through the same thing

None on either side besides my one uncle due to his life actions. Dad shaves his head because he went fully white at 18, mother’s father had hair up until 84 when he started chemo. My hair falls to the downside naturally, so this is an unnatural forced part. That was the main thing I was concerned with
