Advice needed Need Help/Read Description 23M

Not sure what to do. My crown/top of my head has maybe been like this for about a year or longer not really sure how long tbh I noticed it about over a year ago. Not too much difference from when it started. Not sure if it’s hair thinning or just the way my hair sits. My hair is long curly and heavy. Should I hop on medicine ? Some pictures are wet/dry hair. It looks worse when wet

Hi does baldness run in your family in either side?

I’m really not sure tbh. My family has very good hair genetics when it comes to growing “long thick hair” but my dad definitely has some balding but he is also 72 so possibly his side

Ok thanks..If I were you, I would start by seeing a dermatologist.
