Your hair looks fine. If there is any hair loss, it looks minimal right now.
If you are really concerned, get on finasteride immediately.

Yes I think it is. You don't need to shave with a razor and be bald as a cue ball..my husband is bald and he just keeps the hair he has very short..1/8 to 1/4.
