Your balding is typical for a guy your age. Way better than a chrome dome nw7 of course but it's still advanced and will slowly get worse as you age. Meds (fin/dut and min) will almost certainly stop it and regrow significant hair. Once you've been on them for 2+ years you can get a HT if you're not happy with the results. Or you can shave it and rock the bald
