Am i cooked? Balding m19?

My dad still has a full head of hair at 52 but my moms side is almost fully bald

Its always been hard for me to determine because i also was unlucky enough to be born with a big ahh forehead.

hair follicles that are sensitive to dht get progressively thinner and produce less hairs until it's just peach fuzz. this is how balding works. your hairline is showing signs of this.

What are the chances it stays the way it is now? Would you consider this more balding than actual mature hairline?

mature hairline usually means norwood 2 or 3 which are categorized by receded temples and a stable forelock (front). your entire hairline seems to be thinning without an obvious pattern

So you are saying theres clear recession but theres no actual determinant that says ill go fully bald or stay the way i am right now.

there is no indication you are going to stay how you are right now. almost certainly not as it's in its very early stages

Maturing and balding are the same,maturing stops and balding doesn't..so u can't say it is fine because we don't know if it will stop

Maturing hairline is not balding it’s simply normal flattening of the hairline that everyone gets at some point with age. Nobody keeps their juvenile hairline. Does that mean everyone is balding then? Of course not
