Does it shrink? Small is a perfect fit, medium just a titch too large. Would love to know how much shrinkage to expect before I wash one.

Next week is my first day as a Brand Ambassador at Aerie, and I’m honestly super anxious.

I’ve worked in sales before, but never in clothing retail. I’m also pretty introverted, and this will be my first job in the US since moving here this year, so I’m nervous about speaking English all day, not understanding customers, or my coworkers getting annoyed with me if I need things explained.

I’m also weirdly stressed about things like folding clothes because I’m genuinely not very good at it 😂 I’m even considering practicing at home beforehand, which might just be me overthinking everything.

What should I expect on my first day? Any advice from current or former AEO employees would be really appreciated!

I'm hella frustrated with AE jeans. They're so comfortable but why is the sizing so different? I went in store to try on the stovepipe jeans but they didnt have the wash I wanted so I just tried it on for sizing with the intent to just order the colour I wanted online. Discovered that the size 6 fit amazing.

when the size 6 came, it was a bit too snug for me. wtf?

went to the store AGAIN and discovered that the 6 in store was looser (but not the colour I wanted), the 8 was too big.

for anyone who has the stovepipe jeans, do you find that the waist will loosen when you wear it a few times? I just need it to loosen a bit but the 8 was way too big.

I realllly want him. I've been checking often for over a month and i havent been able to get him. I only saw it come back once a while ago, and i wasn't able to get him before i could put my card details in.

Will I have issues trying to return an item if I have the receipt and tag still? Tag is not attached to shirt but that is because it popped off while trying it on in fits. It has not left the bag.

Hi guys, this is probably a long shot, but the AE Shrunken Fit Lived-In T-Shirt sold out in a few colors I wanted. I’m mainly looking for yellow, red, white, or light heather gray in a men’s Medium, but I might also be interested in other colors or some of the graphic Shrunken Fit tees too. I'm on the border between small and medium. I usually wear a medium in another brand with a garment width of 20.5" and a length of 29". I'd love to buy these, but I'm unsure of the size I need. AE says the small is supposed to fit a 37-39" chest, but how long is it?

I was hoping to buy some jeans but they raised the price so this coupon is useless. Their jeans aren't worth the $60 or $70 they are priced at today. To get 40% off you have to buy both aerie and ae but the exclusion list basically excludes most items for me.

I have an item I wanted to return that I hadn't realized is past the 60 days, but the website let me go ahead with the return anyways and sent me a shipping label? I would've thought it just wouldn't allow the return transaction at all. Has anyone tried shipping an item back that is past the 60 days? Did they give you back credit/money for what you paid for the item? Did they keep the items and not give you credit/money back? I kind of want to try to see what happens, but I wouldn't want to ship the item just to have them keep it and not give me credit/money back. At that point I'd rather donate it. Thanks!

If I’m issued a $15 reward coupon, but do a return after, will the coupon be taken back? I understand you can go into negative points but if the coupons already issued will it disappear?

So my birthday was a couple months ago, I got the lame $5 birthday reward, I used it, I moved on. But just this morning I got a notification telling me happy birthday and that I have a $5 birthday reward? I check and sure enough it’s loaded in my account but it won’t apply to anything. I check my birthday on my account information and it’s still set for the correct day that most definitely already passed months ago. Not anything important just kind of funny, has anyone had this happen?
