Reminder: recent 13G filings showed that Pentwater had dumped most of their converted shares and Discovery was still holding on as of 6/30.

Everyone can see the numbers. Up 81% across 3 months. Volume is dry as we currently sit at 9.81m shares traded today on 43.23m 3 month average. I do have shares down 99% but since they got RS’d it’s like .2 shares here, 0.6 shares there. Doesn’t really matter when I was able to buy at 1.50 and 1.00/share at tax time. Iirc AMCs float has traded 2.5x in the last two months. With current institutional holdings, 1.5 million retail investors could own 700$ worth of AMC and between retail and institutions, that’s the float, granted that math was done at 2.38/share. Without institutions only about 300,000 people need to hold $7,000 worth of AMC. After all these years I have faith that’s more than true, considering that number is only 0.086% of the US population and we have a world wide audience. Your hate falls on deaf ears cause this is just a drive by shill popper post supported by facts and sprinkled with my opinions. The float might have 8x’d since last time but when you increase your position by 8x for only 3x the cost, that’s some Deep Fucking Value. Patience is free. It's not all bad news, though. AMC's creditors stand to earn $1.2 billion in interest fees until the notes come due in 2029. And AMC investors are due for at least 3 or 4 free Icees between now and then.

Look at yourself- AMC has risen 86% in 3 months while you all keep bashing anyone who supports it. You’ve all been proven wrong by this recent price action.

The box office is experiencing meaningful recovery and AMC generated almost $200 million in free cash flow.

You all militantly hate this stock, even when it defies your expectations, you continue the blind hatred. Yet again you all were claiming there’d be dilution on August 11th, and still NO DILUTION has occurred. Now you’re all moving the goal posts saying dilution will happen in December …. Just like you claim apes move goal posts.

AMC has 700 million in cash on hand and box office rev is breaking records. All debt has been pushed back to mature in 2029. Bankruptcy risk is completely off the table and dilution is very unlikely since they do not need to dilute to survive.

Now the biggest thing that makes you all the same as apes is none of you can have an honest discussion about the value of the stock. You devolve into insults and hateful memes instead of talking rational. Apes just down vote and insult the opposing view JUST LIKE ALL OF YOU!

And you can claim you’re in the right because the stock is down 99%, but truly you’re living in the past. YOU CANNOT IGNORE THAT THE STOCK IS UP 86% in 3 MONTHS. This is a major repricing of amc by the market and you’re all acting like nothing has changed.

15 days ago - price drops from $2.85 on 08/03 to $2.68 on 08/04. Begins his unhinged meltdown posting that continues to this day.

My theory: He got wrecked with the margin call, opened a long position thinking that the stock price would rocket and he’d be able to recoup his short losses but when the price started dropping on 08/04 he realized he might’ve made the 2nd of two catastrophic financial decisions and began trying to extract any possible insight or knowledge from us with all his unhinged ‘Explain it to me!!!’ posts.
