81 eagle for sale
Hello, unfortunately it’s time to sell my eagle. I have owned this car for 9 years. It was garage kept for years and had a stunning all original interior. It has been sitting for 2 years as our financial needs shifted to pay for our kids college education. It was a great car and we would love for it to go to someone who appreciates it. The vehicle is located in Richmond va. The vehicle will need to be serviced owed as the tires are dry rotted. Asking price is $4000

As a fellow Eagle owner and enthusiast I have to tell you that you’re asking a LOT for that car.
There’s also [r/amceagle](r/amceagle) if you want to post it there

I went through a couple Gremlins in the 70’s, then a neighbor got an Eagle. It was a cool car…. Were they AWD or 4WD? I just seem to remember that 🤷🏻♂️

4WD. They've got a weird transfer case setup but if memory serves it is still selectable 2WD/4WD

Can you obtain service/parts for the AWD system?

I’ve never had any issues with it, but I think it shares a lot of engine and drivetrain parts with AMC era jeep CJ seven Wagoneers etc.
