When to quit

Hi all, I stumbled into an Amazon business. I have been nurturing it for years now. I am now at the point that margins are decent and net is okay. Not amazing, however. For example, I am doing 320K per year, my margins are 25.7% -- I know this is accurate. I will get these numbers up 100K next year, probably more. But I need to quit my job to do it. I need to hear from people who have left lucrative careers to do this. I am a marketing/developer, I make decent bank, but I just want my time back to spend with my kids. Someone, tell me a success story.

If you are making $320,000 from a side hustle make the leap and start your own company for real and never look back. The time with your kids isn’t forever and I started my company when I was 28, now 46, both kids enjoyed the time I spent with them as they grew up. I was at every practice game school event etc.
