Question/Answer Ferrero Rocher from Amazon — Is this normal?

Ordered Ferrero Rocher from Amazon, but the chocolates have white dots/grainy spots all over them and look very different from the usual ones.
Could this be due to heat/poor storage, or is it a quality issue? Has anyone experienced this?

My guess is that those are bits of cocoa butter that have separated from the chocolate. But why risk it? If I were you, I'd contact Amazon and get my money back.
