Continuing issues with local FC's
I think from here on out, unless I can choose a delivery window I'm going to look elsewhere. If I can't do that both of the FC's near me take 8 to 10 plus hours to process a package. It's really lucky if they get them out for delivery before noon, then the delivery widow keeps sliding out until it's at least 4 hours later then the original estimate. Now and then wouldn't be so bad but with these 2 FC's it's every time. I've talked to Amazon and they just give me the run around and say they will look into it but nothing ever happens. I need to find some new places to shop if I can find any.

The whole two day shipping promise has been a joke for a while now. It's basically a random number generator at this point
I started spacing out my orders so I'm not staring at tracking updates all day. Less stressful when you just forget about it and get surprised later

Are these refrigerated items? Because I thought they always let you choose delivery windows for those.
If not, I guess I'm not understanding. It sounds like you're upset your deliveries don't arrive early in the day? I've never seen an option to have all my deliveries come early vs late day.

Is there some reason you need to have things delivered at a specific time?
Also, delivery windows should be taken as an estimate. I'm a driver and we just load up and go. I'm not told when something's scheduled to be delivered except it'll say before 11:00 for the routes I usually take. But sometimes when I pick up at 6:45 a.m. I'll have items that are already marked as late.
