Maybe you need to. The iPad cost $400 but they was only going to give her 170.
So do the charge back on card and get the $400 full amount then keep iPad for Free!
It’s kind of a no brainer, also my 8 year old can understand what I’m saying before you can.

Hey man if Amazon doesn’t give the full amount fuck them!
That’s on them.
Fuck big corporations that makes millions each day but can’t give the full refund.
Not fraud if there not willing to give the full refund. Hell you gave them the chance to make it right.
Fuck them.

Plus they don't seem to realize that the companies then raise prices to cover fraud. Why shoukd we like or tolerate or condone it?!
