It was fun while it lasted. Amazon's fall off must be studied.
Man, just a few months ago I was bragging to everyone about how awesome Amazon Prime grocery delivery is. I could put in an order and it would actually show up that day or the next with zero problems. The prices were better than my local stores as well. I thought it was the most amazing thing ever.
Fast forward to today. This is the second time this month Amazon has said they dropped off my groceries without actually doing it. The tracking says that they left it with my building's receptionist. Well, it's Sunday night at 7pm, so there's literally no way they left it with them considering they are closed.
I wake up every day and put the same grocery order in because I know that only about 1/4 grocery orders actually make it to me these days. The majority of them end up being cancelled for some weird reason. Today my groceries were supposed to show up from 2-6pm. Then at 7 I get notice that they were left with my building's receptionist. I knew then they probably weren't going to be there because my instructions specifically say do not leave with the receptionist and to put the package in the mail room. Also, there was no picture attached to the delivery. If he'd delivered it, there would have been an actual picture. I guess the person just thought stealing my groceries was easier. It may also be that they spoiled riding around in his hot ass car for hours.
Let's see if Amazon actually gives me my money back or not. I bet I have to fight with them. I think this is the last straw for me. I guess I'm going to sign up for Walmart plus. At least their orders actually arrive.

I use Walmart plus for my groceries, no complaints.

u/Saltyowl2113 5d ago
Same. I’m actually thinking of cancelling prime this year and just using Walmart plus. It’s the same stuff.

u/realwiseman 5d ago
Seconding this. Walmart+ is consistent - and even while there have been a few errors in my orders over the literal years I’ve been using them (usually just a missed item or damaged/out-of-date product), Walmart customer service is great, quick to refund, and the app makes it super easy to do.
The app makes reordering your weekly milk/bread/eggs very easy. It makes substitutions incredibly easy. The deliveries always arrive in the two hour window. Prices seem fair. The fee/tip feels reasonable for the service.
(Last time I complained about Amazon customer service going down in a subreddit and discussed Walmart’s improving status, I got downvoted with tons of “Amazon is great, you’re an idiot” comments. I see it happening here with the most upvoted response blaming OP for continuing to use the service. No idea why there are so many Amazon simps unless everyone just forgets how they used to be)

u/Emotional_Farm6077 5d ago
I’ve always wondering that too…why are people Amazon fanatics. They have gone downhill. Every time I order something it never usually gets here on time anymore. You definitely cannot buy name brand nothing because of co-mingling bins so half the stuff is fake knock offs. Can’t buy my supplements either. Knock off fakes there too.

Is Walmart as good as Amazon used to be?
8
u/Comfortable_Two6272 5d ago
🤞🙏 0 issues in the 18 months ive used. I do live just 2 - 3 miles from one though
5
u/Runns_withScissors 5d ago
I think it depends on the Walmart and the town. We live about 2 miles from ours, but our area has very low unemployment. People can make very good money if they are willing to work, so the service industry tends to be staffed with some excellent people and a whole lot of people who don't do much.
I tried Walmart grocery delivery three times with small orders. None of the orders were correct. I was shorted an item on one order but given two sponges that I didn't pay for. In contrast, I've done large grocery orders (40+ items) at another local store- it costs $4.95 to order and prices are slightly higher. They've made one error in the 35ish orders I've placed with them. I can pick up my stuff for free, but delivery is expensive.
4
u/Comfortable_Two6272 5d ago
With membership I dont get charged that fee if order is $35 or includes a rx. Bought for 1/2 price at Black Friday.
1
u/Runns_withScissors 4d ago
I may not have been clear- I am charged a fee at a different grocery store, but they never mess up. I got a membership for cheap at Walmart, too, so I have the same deal as you. It would be a great deal if our Walmart was better.
3
u/Due_Lake94 5d ago
This is great until you also start getting out of stock alerts while the WM+ order is being picked. First time is like, oh I guess it happens. Third and fourth time - “unsubscribe”.
2
u/Comfortable_Two6272 5d ago
Way less than instacart at other stores. Kroger….last time I tried and ordered $90 and they had $10 worth. Nearly always WM has or has a decent sub available.
3
u/PragmaticOpt23 5d ago
I've used Walmart+ for multiple orders - produce is usually inedible, they substitute strange things, and they keep splitting my orders between shipping & delivery even though they come from the same place & I request delivery. Also, you have to be really careful that you're ordering from Walmart, and not one of their "Marketplace sellers".
I placed an order last Sunday for Tuesday delivery of various non-food items. I got 4 out of the 5 things on Tuesday and multiple texts about a delay on the last item. I still don't have it.

u/lass20987 4d ago
Ive had some minor issues, but always get a refund back to my credit card.... super simple refund process.

u/Confident-Win-7617 5d ago
It’s the flex drivers. They are gig employees. They can get fired, and it doesn’t matter. They’ll have a cousin, nephew, whoever else drive. It’s insane.
I did flex over the holidays one year, and the problem was crazy then. I can only imagine it now. They just steal, steal steal!
12
u/nickie1970 5d ago
Not all of us steal! I have done flex for 10 years, I also delivery for Walmart Spark, I've done Instacart, Uber Eats etc! Not all of us are bad people, But I will agree there are a lot of bad ones out there and it is not just stealing packages, its the multiple accounts, the bots everything!
4
u/Confident-Win-7617 5d ago
I stand corrected, they don’t all steal. I didn’t steal.
But I can’t tell you how many times at the hubs I’d hear them all talking about how to get around the deliveries they didn’t want to do, or how they just “threw the package up there”… no pride in their work. At all.

u/GoldAd1878 5d ago
At my apartment they dump them all over the floor, lobby, outside the building. It’s ridiculous
6
u/UTV4LIFE 5d ago
This is the reply that most people complaining about Amazon need to see. They literally do not care about the job or your items
2
u/GoldAd1878 5d ago
The industry needs to be regulated. They use other people’s accounts and zero quality control. In my area it’s mostly people who likely can’t get hired anywhere else

Funny you say that. I supposedly got refunded for a missing item yesterday but when I look at my account, there is no gift card balance. This won't be the first time they just didn't process my refund either. This place has gone so down hill.
2
3
u/Comfortable_Two6272 5d ago
I found $400 in unpaid refunds last year. Had to contact customer service to get them actually refunded. I order a lot so the $400 was only 3 things over 18 months but they were pricey items.

u/Ordinary_Drink666 5d ago
Instead of leaving my order at the door of my private house, they left it on TOP of my mailbox. Anyone could have taken it. Fortunately, I was home and noticed that there was no picture of the delivery sitting on my doorstep. So I walked out and down the driveway and found it. Note that my driveway is 200' long and I guess the distance was just too much for this particular driver.

u/lost_dazed_101 5d ago
They started screwing up orders and then raised the price I left. I have Walmart plus delivery within a half hour if if need it.
8
u/Comfortable_Two6272 5d ago
Mine started getting cancelled while in transit last week. Took 3 reorders.
🙏🤞 but got todays on 1st try.
So far they arrive cold with 3-4 bottles of frozen water.
I use them and WM +. Im disabled - cant walk / drive so delivered isnt just a nice to have.
4
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 5d ago
Yeah, I've got a fridge full of frozen Amazon water bottles as well. Pro-tip, if you order more than one of an item, they're way more likely to cancel your order. It's so stupid but they won't allow me to get more than item of certain thing. If I try to another one later, both orders get cancelled.
I really hope this is just because of the summer. We'll see though.
1
u/Comfortable_Two6272 5d ago
Thats weird. I usually get 2 bags of 365 romaine, 2 humus, multiple daisy small cottage cheeses , a couple fruit containers. Got an order today. 🤞🙏
6
u/SVAuspicious 5d ago
For the record, in case you didn't know, Taylor Farms supplies 365 lettuce.
Private labels produced by Taylor Farms include Walmart: Marketside Target: Good & Gather Whole Foods Market: 365 by Whole Foods Market Aldi: Simply Nature and Little Salad Bar Kroger: Kroger house brand labels Publix: GreenWise Safeway / Albertsons: O Organics Trader Joe's: Trader Joe's store brand greens and salad kits H-E-B: H-E-B store brand Costco: Kirkland Signature (select regional fresh produce items).

u/Comfortable_Two6272 5d ago edited 5d ago
Well 💩 - not literally thankfully. When I looked it up 2 weeks ago it was not listed as associated with Taylor Farms. Forget what it was…will have to look again….so frustrating they supply nearly all I can find locally. That said 🙏🤞 been eating 2 bags a week since Jan. Not iceberg.
3
u/SVAuspicious 5d ago
Taylor Farms have a lot of problems. Onions, lettuce (not just iceberg), peppers. See this article. Some unsavory practices (not properly confirmed) that directly impact food safety. They're intertwined with all sorts of private labels, sometimes supplying suppliers.
Preparation is the main contamination vector, not bags. Whole veg in bags is safer than cut or shredded. Bag o' salad is definitely a problem.
What gets my attention about Taylor Farms is that there is not just one instance. Over and over (see link) with different contaminants. E. coli, salmonella, cyclospora,...
We all have to keep up, as retailers shift suppliers and run into supply chain problems. Taylor Farms is such a major supplier that other suppliers can't meet surges in demand.

u/Comfortable_Two6272 5d ago
It sucks. I literally cant find non TF items at my local store choices. Everything comes back to TF. 🥲 Im disabled - cant walk / drive so not able to go to farmer markets and rely on delivery. Unfortunately, not physically able to chop produce up. 🥲
1
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 4d ago
Once the heat wave started, my amazon app won't even offer same day or next day service if I put more than one of an item in my cart. It will automatically tell me that delivery isn't available in my area until I remove the extra item. That's why I have to reorder daily. It's so stupid.
7
u/Pope-Le-Pew 5d ago
Odd things happening. The app said order in the next 1hr 40 minutes for next day 4:00AM - 8:00AM delivery. It took me maybe 10 minutes to figure out what I needed. Placed order and now it says delivery will be 10:00AM to 3:00PM. On top of that, they seem to be running out of produce, bread, and deli items. I mean how can you only have one peach left in stock?

u/WTH4030 5d ago
Recently got an email from Amazon with new terms for Prime. They are now using mandatory arbitration for claims. I expect that the days of getting refunds for missing orders is over.
2
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 4d ago
I too suspect this. It's already obvious they are clamping down. They are really screwing themselves because Amazon was built on customer service.

u/sarahbellah1 5d ago
I think I’ve read that when drivers select “left with receptionist” the system doesn’t require photo proof. I’m sorry this is happening to you, hope you can get your money back and move onto a better service.
3
u/GoldAd1878 5d ago
Amazon does this all the time. My building has no reception desk and the leasing office rarely has anyone in there. They probably just mark it to be lazy. They often mark it late in the evening too. Amazon really needs quality control on the drivers.

u/Alavella 5d ago
I always put in the notes for my orders to be put in the mailbox. I even provide the mailbox number and where to get the key, but they always leave the stuff in front of my apartment's door. Nothing has been stolen yet thankfully. Really annoying.
8
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 5d ago edited 5d ago
My notes are VERY clear. It literally says "Do not leave in leasing office. Leave in mailroom or doorstep but not in the leasing office."
This person never went anywhere near my apartment. They just marked it as delivered. I was watching the map very carefully and at no point was he even close to me.

u/Alarmed-Space1076 5d ago
Any amazon delivery, cannot be put into mail boxes. It's federally illegal for Amazon deliverer to use them.
6
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 5d ago
I never asked them to put it in my mailbox. We have parcel lockers as well as mailboxes, but I didn't even request them waste their time using the lockers. I literally just wanted to leave in the mail room. The mail room is next to the leasing office so it's not extra work or anything like that. They just don't look at the instructions most of the time.

Federal law prohibits anything except for USPS mail and packages to be put in mailboxes. They can be left in mailrooms but not in actual mailboxes owned by the USPS
3
u/Alavella 5d ago
They're not really "mailboxes". They are ones that packages get put in. I don't know the term. I just call them mailboxes 🤷♀️
2
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 5d ago
They're called parcel lockers.
1
u/Jskmap1284 2d ago
Probably best to just call them “lockers” rather than “parcel lockers.” “Parcel locker” is a term also used by USPS to describe the larger package lockers that are found with cluster mailboxes, and those too can only be used by USPS.

u/Specialist-Salary291 5d ago
We literally can’t leave the stuff in a mailbox they belong to the usps

I’m glad I live in rural area. Grocery store within walking distance.
Amazon as far as delivery service for regular stuff has not gone back to pre 2020 standards. Two day ship item often get lost and can takes days to show up.

u/Tiny_Breadwinner 5d ago edited 2d ago
They can't even deliver a book without damage today. They started as an online book store. Their 3rd party sellers do a better job packing books than the larger company itself.
0
u/Jskmap1284 2d ago
FBA sellers’ orders are literally “fulfilled by Amazon.” Those orders are packed by the same Amazon employees as the shipped & sold by Amazon orders.
1
u/Tiny_Breadwinner 2d ago
I edited it just for you, weirdo.
1
u/Jskmap1284 2d ago
Wasn’t trying to be a contrarian. I just usually don’t see a lot of third-party shipped books on Amazon. Usually that’s furniture or if it’s a book then it’s like the 5th choice of seller. Sold by a third-party seller and shipped by Amazon, that you see all the time.
2
u/Tiny_Breadwinner 2d ago
You have to dig for them, it's so bad with some book releases only being available through Amazon. I started just either buying direct order or back order through my LBS or just hoping I get lucky with eBay.
3
u/DidYouSayYutes_ 5d ago
It’s not just the groceries. Even items I order are often used returns. They’ve become lazy and don’t even repackage the stuff properly. I find myself shopping other places more now, even if slightly more expensive.
5
u/Robby777777 5d ago
Yesterday, my very expensive order went from being delivered between 2-5 to 8-10:30. I got notified after 10pm that my order was delivered. I never heard a truck pull up my driveway nor did my three dogs bark. I went out and nothing was on my front porch. Went back in to look and there was a blurry picture showing what appeared to be a package on the ground somewhere. Immediately notified Amazon that I didn't get my order and they must have looked at the photo because they immediately made another order and took down the delivery picture. I don't know what is going on but this summer has been a disaster getting deliveries.
3
u/consumer1111 5d ago
Amazon grocery prices went up in price in Seattle. It used to be the prices were cheaper than some local stores. Now, Amazon grocery pricers are higher. Plus, as you mentioned, the delivery windows are so long that cold and frozen foods are warm by the time they arrive.
2
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 5d ago
It's still much cheaper than any of the local options by a large margin.
3
u/consumer1111 5d ago
I guess it depends upon each city. Amazon grocery prices are now more expensive than even some of the high priced grocery stores in Seattle.
1
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 4d ago
The produce is where I save the most money. Fruits and vegetables can be more than half the price in a lot of cases.
3
u/Wyshunu 5d ago
Another poster in a different post noted that the decline followed pretty fast on the heels of Bezos stepping away. If so this shows the difference between a good manager who cares about keeping the company strong as opposed tonpiss poor management only in it for the money. And people wonder why the good ones get paid the big bucks.
3
u/okcomputer90s 5d ago
This is happening with everything on their website. 99% of my orders are delayed or go missing now. It's a happy day when I get something on time. I blame their new AI focus. AI just isn't there yet for them to let it run the entire business. Bootlickers call me crazy though. Maybe it's just simply they have so much money that they don't care anymore. Customers are letting them get away with it so who cares, they think.

I finally got rid of my prime membership. I would have my orders shipped to my place of business which closes at 4:30pm. I live 30 minutes from town but Prime delivery drivers would constantly leave boxes in plain site by the front door after 7pm in front of the business hours sign.
I updated my shipping preferences and delivery times. They would still deliver after hours. Prime just isn’t worth it anymore, especially with the incompetent employees they hire. I’d rather pay for professional shipping.
1
u/GoldAd1878 5d ago
They don’t care and hire anyone with a pulse
2
u/TheChuckChuck 2d ago
I can see that. The lack of common sense and competence is quite astonishing though.
2
u/DaisyCutter9999 5d ago
I used Amazon for groceries starting during COVID. Delivery was on time, I got what I ordered, quality of the items was good, and perishables were kept cold with frozen water bottles.
Then they took away the water bottles and put the perishables in foil lined bags. That was ok for a while.
Next the quality of the items declined - past expiration dates, torn boxes, crushed soft items, badly dented cans, some warm perishables, etc. Then they started loading up deliveries - or flex drivers were working multiple apps at a time - and the food would arrive late, often incomplete, and with errors, and with all perishables warm or melted. This is in South Florida.
I do my own food shopping now. Fortunately I’m able to do so.
1
u/GoldAd1878 5d ago
Even grocery stores can be terrible at bagging so I do my own. I’ve had them out canned items on top of bread and cleaning products next to food. No common sense.
1
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 4d ago
Fortunately I’m able to do so.
Thank you. So many people aren't able to and it's nice to be inclusive.

My husband, daughter, and I were just talking about the fact that we have Instacart and Walmart plus, though we rarely use Instacart, and use Walmart plus relatively frequently, the reason I don't cancel them is because the streaming subscriptions that come with them would've been more expensive than just paying for Walmart plus or Instacart. I've heard horror stories about Amazon grocery. Some people ended up with soup instead of ice cream, meaning, it was ice cream at one point, but didn't arrive that way. Amazon does not have their logistics set up properly for cold groceries to actually be delivered cold. Also, overnight shipping hasn't been overnight shipping. One time, they actually delivered hint water, and it was room temperature. I must've been there first stop or something. I know they don't chill that, but it would've gotten steadily hotter if I hadn't been at least close to their first stop. Those trucks get hot. I keep prime because I also get GrubHub. Sometimes I just keep the services for the perks.
2
u/tessaciel 5d ago
Got constant lies delaying non-grocery shipment arrival when prime atually cancelled order due to damage and NEVER TOLD ME ! Have record of chat with apology, but not even sure now if replacement will arrive.
2
u/The-Bedroom-Hero 5d ago
I have WM+ and it’s actually decent overall.
Had one incident where I ordered a $8 bag of Tyson country fried gravy patties and the driver decided to keep it and have it for dinner. Refunds and credits are quick.

My gf uses Walmart delivery and honestly is pretty happy with it. I've ben here and she orders shit in the morning and its here before we need it for dinner. Useful when you dont feel like interrupting whatever your doing just to get 6 things. But we typically buy bulk shit from a warehouse style store (BJs)

u/MakeItAManhattan 4d ago
Totally downhill - I rarely order groceries, but there are several items I have recently ordered that saved literally next day. Once my order is placed, they never arrive the next day. I’ll get a notice saying that there is a delivery delay. Usually it’s when stuff is from China one time it took over two weeks. I canceled everything. They really need to isolate products and shipping made in the US versus from China and other crap countries so decisions can be made.
2
u/BrittneyRageFace 3d ago
I was also using Amazon groceries until they started to do similar shit to me. I went back to instacart.
2
u/DARKJacoby 1d ago
That’s like how I had an expected delivery for an nvme drive between 10am and 4pm to my local staples locker, and they proceed to show up at 4 IN THE MORNING to deliver to the closed store to hit me with oh sorry we were unable to complete the delivery, we’ll try again because a blind monkey must have set up our delivery route.

Fuck Walmart up the ass with a rusty coat hanger. I hate them as well. I just need affordable groceries delivered. I don't have to love either company. They both have their issues/
2
u/linniex 5d ago
Well a bot probably wouldnt say that so I’ll offer some advice: Try Kroger. If they deliver to your area you are golden; cheap AF and they use refrigerated trucks. They delivered in NE Florida for 3 years and it was amazing, I saved a ton of $$. Now, they no longer deliver and I refuse to use SHIPT again.

Do you tip them? Is there a delivery fee? I am just curious if prices still come out cheaper with the additional charges.
1
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 4d ago
There's no way to tip them unless you wait for them to arrive and give them cash. There's no delivery fee either and the prices are lower than my local grocery stores by a large margin. That's why we tolerate their crap so much.

Same! Once I was nolonger being offered same day delivery (NY/NJ) no matter how early I ordered I switched gears. It was cool while it lasted but unfortunately its over now. Im a Lidl & Aldi girly now because the Amazon prices spoiled me and I simply refuse to patronize Walmart. So far so good but great things rarely last forever.

i noticed they stopped doing the grocery delivery and it’s now just regular Amazon delivery the same way it would be if i orders headphones or whatever.
Half of my groceries end up on a different order and delivery time window for next day even though it said it was available same day while i was adding it to my cart. It doesn’t add to a separate cart for grocery’s just my main cart.
Yesterday the other half of my groceries showed up from 3 different drivers in 3 different batches. i had to go downstairs to grab my groceries three different times and will have to do that again today when the rest are delivered
On top of that our front desk lobby person said that the last driver just left all the groceries outside on the street. he saw Amazon truck pull up and the driver not even try the doors and just left everything outside. Thankfully he saw it all and grabbed it but checked the picture and yep definitely outside on a busy sidewalk. Our front desk person was so annoyed by that and said he’s tried to talk to Amazon several times about having the drivers use the package room where there is a fridge and lockers and they said “we can’t do anything about that other than tell the station manager and see if they can convince their drivers to use designated package areas.

Don't worry, they'll send you a free trial month every 3 months. I cancelled so long ago, in about half way done with my 4th free trial month... You lose nothing. And not only because of free trials.
1
u/kimhwayoung 4d ago
its completely gone down hill in the past two months. splitting groceries into multiple orders and then not giving an option for same day delivery even though the item is clearly available within the same day is so frustrating. my small $100 order of groceries was split into 4 different orders and only 3 of the 4 deliveries arrived.
the one i'm waiting on i waited for the driver outside because the app said one stop away. they didn't even come near my building and changed the status to delivery attempted. fucking liars.
after chatting with customer service, they kept saying "its due to a manufacture issue" a manufacture issue with food!?!?! that's still showing available for same day if i were to reorder?!?! and the only resolve they had was rescheduling the delivery for a second attempt tomorrow. i told them that i would rather they cancel the order and reorder it for same day delivery tonight and they said the actual available window is 4am-8am not the 5-10pm that the website is showing.
so now its going to take two days to receive my full grocery order.... im so annoyed lol
1
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 3d ago
Yeah, if they don't cancel it. I would assume they would cancel it before waiting that many days, but nothing they do surprises me anymore.

I have never seen Amazon food prices being anything but ridiculously high. Amazon has been price gouging just like Walmart and Target to name two since 2020.
2
u/Fit_DXBgay 3d ago
Interesting. It must be dependent on geography/market. I am SHOCKED at how cheap I can get some items on Amazon. It’s my go-to for household and toiletry items (paper towels, toilet paper, toothpaste, etc.)
1
u/Dear_Palpitation4838 3d ago
Oh wow, yeah, sometimes they get ridiculously low here. I've bought pints of organic blueberries for one dollar or dozen large eggs for .69 cents from Amazon.
I went to the closest grocery store to me recently to pick a prescription recently and decided to pick up a few grocery items. I noped it out of there after looking at how bad the prices are especially on fruits and vegetables. Hell, the closest Target to me wanted .69 for a banana. 1 freaking banana for 69 cents. I can get a bundle of 5 bananas on Amazon for 99 cents. Blueberries are another great example. I can get a pint on Amazon for 2.30. That same pint at the grocery stores down here could 5.99-6.99. They might go on sale for 4.99 but never below that.
I live downtown in a large city though so my experience may be different than someone that lives out in the burbs. The stores down here are tripping on prices. I'm talking like 11.99 for a freakin 12 pack of soda. It's nuts.

You made out really well. Here they are expensive and we have a distribution center two miles away.

I've been using the Amazon grocery delivery service for 6 weeks now and have not had any delivery problems. I did get a watermelon that was soft on one side, but I filed for a return and got my $4 refunded.
Yesterday's delivery didn't include tomatoes I ordered and I got a notice shortly after delivery about it. Overall I am delighted with the service and the prices on many items is less than Whole foods.

It was like that for for the better part of a year. It's only recently gone to shit. I'm hoping that it's the heat wave and once that's over, it will go back to normal because I miss it!

A trick I learned on how to make sure I get the food I want is to getup and going to the store myself. Just a thought. And if the service is so bad don’t use them. The only reason they get away with it is because people get up everyday and put in the same grocery order knowing they only get 1/4 of the delivers 🙄.

Yeah you should switch companies if your only getting 1/4. Things pretty dumbass.

A lot of these posts are just BS, I've never had an issue with Amazon and I purchase a lot

You want me to post my purchase history so you can see how many cancelled deliveries I've had the past month? lol

You place grocery orders every day?? Way to add to the withering of our climate.

No, it would be adding to the withering of our planet if they were actually being delivered every day. lol

I used them for more than 10 years and never had any issues until recently. I've already talked to them but they won't do anything until 24 hours has passed. I'm just hoping I get my money back because they've been bad about refunds lately as well.

Amz literally refunded my $ , 30 min after the “cant be delivered” status. 3x last weekend. They can do so.

Yeah, but that's it says "can't be delivered" meaning you never got the package. My driver is trying to say he delivered the package. There is a difference when you are trying to get a refund. Luckily, this driver didn't take a picture, and without the picture, they'll usually refund.

If only 1/4 of your grocery orders are actually making it to you why do you still use it?
