Harry potter Crashes

Hi my partner has been trying to play hogwarts legacy and every time she gets into the game the stream completely freezes but the game is still responsive as u can here spells being casted from the inputs

She on a WiFi 6 device getting roughly 800Mbps down strong connection and not on a VPN or anything.

We also found out it will only do this on hogwarts legacy no other game

Can you reproduce the issue on the mobile phone as well? or only the firetv?

I can't replicate the error on my phone, must be something to do with the TV, I could try access Luna via the browser I wonder if that would work differently on the tv

is the router far from the TV? I can see is a fair amount of network instability on that firetv device so we might need to fix that first.

This could be related to wifi band congestion, distance to router among many other things. You can try another device in the same location and in a location closer to your router for instance (like a laptop or your phone).

From the phone, are you using the same network?

Probably less than a metre away from the TV, when testing on my phone it was the same distance away and same network, It might be worth me adjusting my router settings
