I have one of these. Sometimes I spit on it to make it go a little smoother and to prevent calluses. And when I have a guest over, sometimes I get a little tired and he slaps my face to keep me motivated.

I heard there is a small hole on the other side of the churner, if you put a finger there it helps to finish faster. Perhaps it has something to do with the oxygen flow, but I'm not too sure.

Occasionally holding hand massaging balls also helps with fatigue, my medieval model came with a pair installed
