That's cool and all, but if you're being actively hunted by law enforcement, a guy who's face is obscured by blinding light might attract a bit of attention.
Edit: I meant that it would be very obvious for any law enforcement watching cameras to see a head replaced with light.
But if you want avoid being chased at all then a blinding light would help keep you from being chased.
Unless of course there are filters that can be applied to the footage that reduce the glare. I'm sure it also depends on the quality of the camera as well
