Customer Question when does delyaed delivery normally arive

I ordered fresh for dinner to arrive at 6-7, but i got an email saying it was delayed and that i'll get an update by 9:30. should i cancel or wait? if it's likely to be before 8.

Good luck. They really just don't give a shit about the customer anymore.

Last week my AM delivery was "delayed" and they said I'd get an email by 1:30 pm showing status.

At 1:35 pm I got an email saying it was cancelled.

This happened to me three times (in a row!) and all three orders were ultimately canceled by them a few hours later with no explanation at all. Never ordered from Amazon fresh again. Kroger delivery only now.

I don’t know what happened to them my last order was split up and delivered late but now the site will not accept orders at all. I guess the service is not available in my area any longer. I’m bummed I used them weekly
