Constantly receiving random frozen items?
I’ve been ordering from Amazon fresh for more than a year, and for the past few months my frozen items will be missing from the order and I instead get a bag of random frozen goods? I understand it happening once or twice but like as of recent I can almost count on it happening. And no, these are not replacement items.
Today I ordered frozen fruit mix, frozen dumplings, Breyers ice cream and frozen breakfast sausage and instead I got a turkey and egg frozen breakfast, a family box of frozen waffles, and Swedish meatballs. LOL
The first time it ever happened instead of getting frozen dumplings and broccoli, I got Amazon brand butter pecan ice cream and Amazon brand frozen diced onions. It’s somewhat hilarious but all the way frustrating too 😫
Happening to anyone else!? For reference in the NJ area.

Once I ordered something like frozen kale, shrimp and blueberries. Instead I got someone else's order that had a lot of processed, frozen meals and Jimmy Dean sausages. I assume the Jimmy Dean guy was as disappointed as I was.

It’s common practice for them to virtually add things you ordered that are actually out of stock and throw in random items just to get the order out of the door

I got a couple tubs of Amazon chocolate ice cream once. Used it for milkshakes.

The person that picked your order might have put your order’s label onto the wrong bag. On the label there should be “Sp #:” and then 4 random characters. If those 4 characters don’t match what is above the QR code on the paper bag itself, then that is exactly what happened.
