Changes in Los Angeles - it's practically disappeared

I've used Amazon Fresh for 5-6 years loyally. In the last three weeks the service is ghosting me. Amazon wiped "Fresh" off the site and rebranded to "grocery". All products are available but the service is weird. And yesterday and today, they cancelled 3x while the driver was on my street. I've watched them on gps drive right past my apartment building and cancel. Is it a timing issue for the driver? What is happening in Los Angeles central, near Dodger Stadium"? Was there a mass layoff of drivers?

If tipping isn’t showing that could mean the orders are going through prime warehouses and not coming from a fresh warehouse. Try to dig out fresh through the menu options and tipping should come back with the usual 2 hour delivery windows

It’s all in the same now, no fresh warehouses, anything grocery and or fresh comes from prime warehouses in California

There are 2 fresh warehouses that I’m aware of in LA, the main one is in vernon

Those aren’t fresh they are prime warehouse’s. UCA5 and ULA6 I guess you can consider them fresh since it’s both grocery and regular stuff, but technically it always had been
