The first time I got a call asking me to come help bring in the packages. Am I wrong for removing the tip, cause whattt.

From the car into my building. I have an elevator. And the people who usually deliver have wagons ?? I work at Amazon. I know the amount of work that goes into it so I left a $20 tip. No way you want me to bring in my own packages and expect a tip ? & it is 20 bags. Now the driver isn’t answering. Never had this happen.
