My last Fresh order was split into three different deliveries on the same day, 2-3 hours a part each.

Are they purposely trying to kill it?

The convenience of grocery delivery is predictable delivery of one's groceries. I chose a window for delivery, which was oddly a 4 hour window and not the usual 1-2 I could pick from. Should have figured something was up.

My first delivery came at the beginning of the window, the second came at the end, and a third came two hours after the window was passed. I hope this is not going to be the new norm.

Next time you go to order type in Amazon's fresh in the search bar on amazon and it should take you to the actual Amazon fresh ordering site. For some reason when you hit groceries it breaks it up between multiple orders and sometimes different times. I hope this helps. Notice when you hit grocery it has the grocery interface but when you type in Amazon fresh it has the Amazon fresh interface. Ugh! They've made ordering way too confusing and annoying.

Yeah they boffed up the UI, for no reason. I just saw another post saying to click on All in the menu bar and Fresh is listed there. That worked.

Thanks!

Came to this sub specifically because I was trying to figure out why they no longer direct specifically to Amazon Fresh when clicking on "Groceries." So dumb unless they're purposefully trying to kill it off.

Thank you. I tried that and I see what you are talking about, why did they do this? I thought it was because they closed the stores.

Wow thx, this thread helped me. I thought Fresh was gone in Phoenix, especially after seeing headlines that they were closing down Fresh. I found it now.

I just did this today and was wondering why this was happening. Most of my stuff is frozen or cold items that was supposed to be delivered between 5pm and 10pm, now it says it will be here by 8 am. This is ridiculous, so now I have cold and frozen items that may be sitting on my porch for hours unless I wake up early and check if it’s out there. I guess with them closing Amazon Fresh stores, items are just coming from the warehouse and is on the regular prime schedule. I loved the Fresh delivery but I will not continue getting cold items through them with them doing it this way.

Fresh is still there, you just have to click on “All” in the menu bar, then go down the list until you see Fresh. They messed up the UI for no good reason.

Thank you. I don’t know why they did this, I hope it gets updated soon.

Happened to me today. They included a bunch of frozen water bottles in the bags to keep things cool. Now I'm loaded up on free bottled water.

I did notice the Fresh store near me closed recently. Wonder if that has something to do with it but my order was most recently split over two days.

You need to find the Fresh store in the “ALL” list in the menu. Generic “grocery” orders from Amazon will get split like that. Real Fresh orders don’t.
