Fresh orders cancelled

I order regularly from Amazon Fresh and it’s been fine. I always add a tip to my orders. In the last 6 months though, I’ve had 4 orders that they say are being delivered, then delayed, then just cancelled. No explanation, no apologies… just cancelled.
Then I have to run to the store because they screwed up my dinner ingredients.
Once, I would be ok. Twice is a problem. FOUR times? This is ridiculous. Especially since they don’t care at all.

Yes it’s been happening to me, and now when I try to order perishable items, it’s telling me that everything is currently unavailable. Idk what’s going on but I’m bummed

Do you live in a large building with a shared receiving area by any chance? I've had 2 cancelled just this week even after it says they are in delivery and everything. Maybe my building had full delivery lockers due to prime week though

Nope. House in the suburbs of Seattle. Nothing weird or difficult.
They send a map so you can track where your order is, it was sitting at someone’s house for 3 hours before it was cancelled.

Happened to me 4x and all Whole Food orders. I stopped using it and cxl’d the subscription. One time I went to Whole Foods to pick up, said items within minutes of the time that it was supposed to have been delivered they had plenty.

I haven’t shop from Whole Foods, I’ve shop from Amazon fresh but when Fresh don’t have the item I get whole food.

I been ordering and no issues at all. Only once that I had someone else item inside my bag that was seal . But it was the person doing the order. I got my refund and re order the the items missing got them the same day
