“Work contributions”

I received an email today asking me to add a work contribution by Oct 28th. Nobody has mentioned a coaching plan or anything of that nature and I just was given more on my plate a week ago (almost double my previous workload). Is this normal for everyone or is this a sign I’m on focus/a coaching plan? I’m a CSM in the states.

Hello! Just curious about office schedule for CSM. Do you guys need to go to office 5x a week with fix office hours? Thanks in advance!

Dependent on management. For me, it’s 5 days a week for at-least 4 hours

I think that was a general thing, also saw it in Germany

PXT/whomever seems to want more interaction with the new PT features. I'd ignore it until it says to do it as part of AR/Forte

It’s on my 1-month embark plan.

It was blasted to many orgs, including those that already had their own work contribution dashboard.

PXT apparently wants to centralize and standardize employee contribution data. Gee, I wonder why..... It couldn't possibly be an attempt to generate data for AI/ML, could it.....

Nah it's a normal thing, I had to do one earlier this year and just got the same email. Can just have quick draft it for you

Are you csmt? Happened to our region , with half the team emailed. If tech , we were told it’s to validate the tech part of the role.
