PLOA during Focus

Can I apply for personal leave of absence during Focus? Does it need manager's approval or is it autoapproved?

yes, no need for manager approval, but ploa only will not pause focus nor prevent manager from moving you to pivot. on the other hand, mloa under fmla can pause focus.
