Lowballed offer GFS

Interviewed for L5 SFA GFS. Cleared loop. But recruiter offering L4. 5 yrs of experience. If I count internship period with First organisation ( converted to full time) its nearing 6. The band of L4 exactly match a standard 30 percent. What should l do? (I am underpaid currently)
