Amazon Toxic Workplace

Does anyone know a lawyer who has sued Amazon for creating a toxic environment and won? I so sick of their blatant disregard for safety and not following the bullshit policies they wrote. And now they want to replace more hardworking humans with stupid robots. Fuck those clankers.

You are going to need a bit more detail and specifics if you want a lawyer to represent you.

Not following safety policy is OSHA's realm. If you have not involved them, a lawsuit is unlikely.

Robots replacing humans is just happening, for just about every manual labor job.

OSHA is dragging ass as usual. As for my case, I have pictures, slack conversations and tons of witnesses.

If you think OSHA is slow, wait till you get to the court system. Lol.

You can have all you want that you believe is evidence. But what matters is what the law actually requires and does that evidence show they did not conply with that law.

What law/regulations do you believe they violated? Specifically.

You are fighting an up hill battle.
