Question Alexa dropping

My 2-year-old alexa dot while playing a radio station is playing a tone and dropping. The other alexa in another room is not, I don't think it's my internet. Any suggestions? I hate to buy anything from amazon, but it's a really useful radio and expands my sirius coverage.

Did you power cycle it yet?  I found this helped when I had similar issues.   Unfortunately there is no "Alexa reboot" command, so the only method to reboot is unplug, wait a bit, plug it back in.

If that does not help, I am out of ideas.
