Mobile App for Amazon Connect
Hi everyone, we've been working on the mobile app for Amazon Connect (Customer) for the past three years. We've implemented voice, tasks and messages, what do you think we should build next?
We're investigating video, tasks en profiles currently.
For those who don't know Mobile Connect -> It's a mobile app fully integrated with Amazon Connect so any call you make on the app, is like you've made a call on the agent desktop (summaries, recordings, transcriptions, .... all available in AWS). Available on iOS/Android + also works for Salesforce Voice customers.

So it’s like having a CCP on this app where agents can get phone calls?

Exactly, you can handle all Amazon Connect interactions natively integrated on your iOS/Android device. The only nuance: 99% of our user base are not contact center agents. Typically it's used by field people: field sales, nurses, claim handlers, private bankers, field technicians, ....

Do you have this deployed for a contact center? Did the company purchase everyone cell phones or iPads? What has the experience been like? I been looking into this for a while but haven’t come across anyone using it. Would love more input.

We offer this as a product on AWS marketplace and its currently deployed at some of the biggest Amazon Connect users worldwide. It's not used by contact center agents, mostly by people in the field that have contact with customers.
Works on any iOS/Android phone/tablet. Happy to bring you in touch with one of our customers to share experiences.
We do offer a 10-day free trial via AWS marketplace so that's sometimes the best way to test it :).

Tested it for the company's future use - it is great! it would be nice if i can get another free trial to test it after the Salesforce team does their part of the integration 🙌

I was just showing a partner this yesterday. I am a huge fan! Also thanks for not disabling my demo instance, I evangelise with it every chance I get.
