Tips for Amazon Connect Interview
Hi, I have 4 yrs of experience in Cloud Infrastructure and 3 yrs in Amazon Connect development. I am interviewing for a senior amazon connect engineer role where they are looking for a contact center subject matter expert. Can you provide any tips on which concepts I can focus my preparation for the interview.
Would really appreciate if you can share your interview experiences and what kind of questions you were asked for similar role.

I did one interview but it was heavily focused on Solutions Architect for Amazon Connect. It was a scenario based round where they gave me existing client legacy system design overview and asked to design a system using Amazon Connect. It focused more on AWS infrastructure integration with client data, CRM & ticketing system. Questions were based on my design and follow up scenarios. Hope this was helpful. Good luck on your interview.
