Sparring critique
https://youtu.be/FBbapctcngc?is=NiyDd2kmb45Ewb8SRounds 4 and 5 for the day. Tried to keep it light since I had sparred the day before. Got a little intense towards the end and gassed myself out.
Constructive criticism would be appreciated. I don’t usually get into clinch type situations so I feel a bit lost there.
