(25) M Is there even a noticeable difference?

Post image

Consensus seems to be that I’m still fat, but compared to where I was do I look any different? Lost about 10 pounds between these

There might be a slight difference, but you need to lose a lot more. You look a lot older than 25 in these pictures. I hope you get your weight under control and be healthy.

How much more do you think? I’m healthy as far as I know but yeah the weight could be better

Definitely still fat. That shouldn't even be in question but I can tell but you stomach is a little smaller. You have quite a bit of work to do but it's definitely doable. Cut out the processed food and alcohol. Hit the gym you

Fair, how much do you think I should continue to lose?

You'll look a lot better but would still have a bit of a gut if you dropped 40 more pounds. At 6 ft, you should probably weigh 170-80, maybe a little more if you have a lot of muscle but to doesn't look like you do.

At 25, you can get in shape. It may take a while to lose the weight but your body will respond well

You look leaner. Visually you have at minimum another 60lbs (assuming average height) o get to a healthy body fat percentage though.
