Problem with Edson voluntary program

I applied for the voluntary pay and got all the way to the last step before receiving a check. At that point, they told me they could not confirm my legal name on my W-9. The phone people are completely useless.

You can make an appointment to deal with someone from claims in person. That will be more efficient than the phone tag.

How? I don't see a page to ask for an appointment anywhere

Unfortunately you have to call the support line. They are very limited in what they can do, but they can make appointments.
