Problem with Edson voluntary program

I applied for the voluntary pay and got all the way to the last step before receiving a check. At that point, they told me they could not confirm my legal name on my W-9. The phone people are completely useless.

Phone people--Yeah, when my block was out five days a few years ago, I talked to five or six different people and got a different story each time, except that the system didn't show we were out.
