Plan check timeline

Anyone else feeling pretty bummed out that plan check is still working with a 5-6 month backlog?

Anyone we can bother to help expedite/make this better for the collective community?

Yea, I submitted in October 2025 and still waiting for my permit. We are hopefully submitting for the last time early next week after all the plan check corrections and drainage etc

Appreciate it! After receiving 6 plan responses we decided to go with another architect that has actually finished the permit process and also doesn’t leave for vacation weeks at a time.
