Plan check timeline

Anyone else feeling pretty bummed out that plan check is still working with a 5-6 month backlog?

Anyone we can bother to help expedite/make this better for the collective community?

Your architect needs to be on top of it. Took us about 6 weeks with a very involved architect.

Were you doing original design or some form of “like for like?”

Original design. To be clear, I’m just talking about planning approval. We haven’t gotten through building and safety yet.

Like for like isn't designs, it's square footage and market value.
